He's a pretty chill dude as he is often hanging in the water during a part of the Opening Sequence while Kiff and Barry were dancing on the rocks of the other side of the water

He's mostly a yellow humanoid with a large beard, a small red beanie, and a colorful greenish mermaid tail, Although there were other several versions of him in different colors and some clones (with the same design) that exactly look identically as him implying that there are some other Bearded Mermans in the world of Kiff
