Personality[]
Mr. RiPeppa stealing Miss Deer Teacher's sandwich.
Although a competent teacher, Mr. RiPeppa often demonstrates questionable morals. In RiPeppa's first appearance in "Faculty Lounge", Kiff witnesses him stealing Miss Deer Teacher's sandwich from the fridge and eating it, which he feels no guilt over doing; upon noticing its disappearance, Miss Deer Teacher complains that her sandwich has now been stolen four times in the same month. RiPeppa is eventually exposed as the sandwich thief by Kiff (disguised as Miss Foodcake) and punished by the rest of the faculty by being forced to clean up toads from the school playground.
RiPeppa's love of sandwiches persists in later appearances. In "Kiff Is Good at Sports", he serves as the commentator for the track meet between Table Town Middle School and Tuft Pierre, and before the competition, he is again seen eating a sandwich.
At the end of "Stramded", RiPeppa is revealed to have been trapped in the tram car with Kiff and her friends the entire time, but opted not to intervene when the situation descended into madness because he wanted to see if the children would eventually end up like those in the book Prince of the Fleas. In "Taily", RiPeppa, despite being a teacher, runs against Kiff in the election for class president solely to win the president's ergonomic chair. During a presidential debate, Kiff insinuates that RiPeppa continues to steal sandwiches from the faculty lounge, which he unconvincingly denies.
