Rat's Hats and Mats is a store owned by Rat and located in downtown Table Town. It sells a variety of hats and mats.

The store first appears in (and is the opening sponsor for) "Hat", where Barry's hat is blown into the store and Kiff is forced to buy it back from Rat. In "Harry's Maturity Crisis", Harry briefly gets a job at the store after running away from home, with Rat letting him move into the store's back room, where off-season hats are stored.
