Background

The Table Town Mayoral Council's headquarters is located atop a mountain in Table Town. It is an open-air headquarters whose architecture is classical in style. At its center is a series of hot springs where the council's members – who, for unclear reasons, are all bearded – meet.

In "Hat", Kiff climbs up to the headquarters to retrieve Barry's hat from Rockwell, a member of the council. She blends in by wearing a fake beard made of bubbles.
