"That's So Tandem" is a short in Disney's Chibi Tiny Tales series, and the sixth short in the series to be focused on Kiff.

Synopsis

When Kiff and Barry come across a tandem bicycle, they're soon inspired to see just how many ridiculous things they can do side by side.

Plot

While riding their bikes, Kiff and Barry come across a tandem bike. The two get off their bikes and ride the tandem bike instead. Afterwards, they do even more tandem activities: paddling a tandem kayak, flying a tandem kite, eating cereal with a tandem spoon, bouncing on a tandem pogo stick, skating with tandem roller skates, playing baseball with a tandem ball, bat, and glove, and hula hooping together in the same hoop. Next, they try to seesaw in tandem by sitting together on the same end of a seesaw, only to realize that one of them needs to sit on the other end. Barry is at first disappointed to do so, but he and Kiff then have fun seesawing normally.

Continuity

• This short marks Helen's first appearance in chibi form.
• Some of the activities done by Kiff and Barry appeared prominently in previous Kiff episodes, such as kayaking ("Foreverangees"), eating cereal ("Kiff's Mix"), and seesawing ("Friendiversary").

• The animation for all Chibi Tiny Tales shorts, including "That's So Tandem", was traditionally done by Rough Draft Korea.
